There will be a European Open Kyokushinkai Championship held in Poland on November 26th 2016. There will be both Kumite (fighting) and Kata. Additionally, a separate Tameshiwari (breaking) open championship will also be held at the same place and date.

Alhamdulillah, the blessed fasting month is around the corner. During Ramadan, the training times will be adjusted as follows:  CLASSES DAY TIME  Kids karate Saturdays 4:30pm – 5:30pm  Adults karate Tuesdays 05:45pm – 06:45pm  There will be no classes from 17 July until 26 July.Classes will resume as usual on Tuesday 28 July 2015.
